I started this business alongside my 9–5 job in tech because I wanted to bring a piece of where I come from to the Netherlands. For us, that means Ossetian pies — wholesome, round, golden pies that symbolize the sun, abundance, and togetherness.

I believe in the power of sharing. Ossetian pies are made for exactly that — they are placed in the center of the table, sliced, and enjoyed by everyone. Whether at a company lunch, a birthday, or a school celebration, they create a moment of connection.
